A couple of weeks ago I was making a disc of songs that just hit 80 minutes, and my software (Nero 5.?) provided a "failed" message stating that the disc I was using did not provide enought room. I was about ready to ask my wife which song she wanted to delete when I thought I remembered something about overburning. I went to Nero's help files, and learned I could overburn up to 99 minutes ("theoretically"). Nero tells you how to adust your software settings. It also warns you that not only might your buner not be capable of overburning, but also that this could damage the burner (although, unlikely), depending on its capabilities. I set my max burn to 82 minutes, and from there I was able to burn normally. So, just adjust your software settings and give it a try with the 90 minute discs you already have.
