ethernet controller help

ever time i start up windows xp
it keep saying found new hardware ethernet controller
this has been happen when i updated my bios for a7n8x deluxe
i reinstall my nf2 stuff from Nvidia site
any clue?

blah stupid me i forgot i was using pci network card
when i flash the bios i forgot to turn off the onboard lan
no wonder it keep happening

Glad to hear you got it worked out.

Why not pull the PCI card and use the onboard ethernet feature?
It would free up a PCI slot too. Less power draw, etc.

cause i am too lazy to pull out my cause from the desk and opening the case.
maybe ill do it when i clean my comp
