My AOpen HX-08 is still an awesome case, but weighs a ton, is extremely bulky, and it's finally come to a point where it's nice to have front-mounted USB2 and IEEE1394 ports for occasional plug-in of digital camera, iPod, etc .

For some good pictures on the CoolerMaster, OCIA has a review, good pictures, though I the rest of the review was average. Too bad it's really hard to find one in silver right now.

duh. only just noticed this part of your post.
can't believe i missed it before - i read this thread a few times.
i guess i was too focued on the first part - where you talk about communications with Chenbro.

if you don't mind my asking, why did you end up choosing the P160, if before you favored the Praetorian ?

(gonna read that review now)

It looks like Chenbro is (finally) shipping the Gaming Bomb II. Anandtech has a pretty decent review of it:

The bad news is that it costs considerably more than the original Gaming Bomb. According to Anandtech, it's about $250. About $150 too much IMO..
