There was an article in the business section of my local paper (here in Canada) about the huge delays expected by the overloaded ports in California.
Many stores are cancelling their orders outright, rather than have to pay for items that will not make it to the stores in time for the holiday sales season. Yeah, they were talking about American retailers, not Canadian.
Sounds like California should add more staff or create another deep water port.
