Ritek G05:
A100 @ 8x: no error scan possible
A101 @ 8x: readable, but PI sum 8 max around 300

Ritek/Ricoh 16x DVD+R can write at 16x. Philips 16x DVD+R almost...

Haven't tried them with A101 yet though. Maybe your discs are Fuji...

All drives very a little, and it could be you scanned with 712 , and I scanned with 716. We dont know all factors. my yuden T02 was fujifilm branded.
