I agree. I have to say they sound like they are against the +R/RW format. I always use +R and have never found a DVD player that will not read them so I don't know what they are on about.

What format does everyone else here use?

Yeah, Panasonic (and this article) is very pro -R. -RW and -RAM.

Personally, I use a lot of +R.
