I hope this won't be perceived as spam, but I'd like to point out to you the website I've recently launched. We index and display all computer-related reviews, including CD and DVD burners.

Included are 52 review sites, including CDRLabs.

What's the best way to submit new reviews?

Sitting back and relax basically does the job. It's an automated indexing system. We do however have to monitor it because sites can change their html-layout and also we have to remove some non-reviews (news and article-like postings).
