That's right, MR! If Monte's not in the Valentine's game, then nobody is.

I spent Valentines day with my g/f on the weekend.... we spent the whole time together, cutting out the rest of the world. It's the first *us* time we've had in a long time, and was wonderful :D

and in another 3-4 weeks I might be out of debt from it :o

I thought valentines day was in August or something. Maybe that was the hindu birthday of Lord Ganeshji. I get those mixed up.

Oh man, then my gift to Blair really doesn't make any sense nor will the flowers in August let alone now I have to make plans for a birthday party in September.

There's no way you're not 15. None at all. I make fun of Ian's obsession with Culture Club but crikey...looking at the album cover and song selection convinces me you're absolutely bat shit insane and should be medicated.

He's manufacturing drama. There's not been enough in this "relationship" that dunderhead has to make it. He's making it like Pampers makes diapears. He's taken an "us, together, weeeeeeee for love" holiday and turned it into one of separation. OH MY GOD EVERY TIME I SEE SIGNS OF HIS RELATIONSHIP I WORRY ABOUT THE HUMAN RACE FOR HE WILL BREED, MARK MY WORDS HE WILL BREED. AND THERE WILL BE LITTLE MONTE'S RUNNING AROUND THE WORLD LEARNING ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS AND THEY WILL EVENTUALLY INTERACT WITH YOUR CHILDREN. STEEL YOUR CHILDREN NOW FOR THEY WILL BE INFECTED BY THIS.

And OH MY GOD THE MIX CD!!!! WE USED TO MAKE TAPES BECAUSE IT TOOK TIME AND EFFORT. YOU HAD TO SIT THERE WHILE THE TAPE WAS BEING MADE. THAT WAS 60-90 MINUTES EACH SIDE. NOW ITS LIKE "HEY THERE, 8 CENTS OF MEDIA AND 4 MINUTES OF TIME AND EFFORT TO EXPRESS MY FEELINGS FOR YOU!!! HOPE YOU LIKE IT NOW HAVE MY WEEE MORMON BABIES THAT WE MAY SEND OUT INTO THE WORLD IN WHITE SHIRTS AND TIES ON BICYCLES GOING DOOR TO DOOR TALKING ABOUT GOLDEN DISCS ASCENDING TO HEAVEN! YAY FUN FOR US!"

And look at the lyrics on those songs. Perfect World? At first I thought it was a Freedy Johnston song which is a cool song but wholly inappropriate for a Valentine's Day CD because it is about suicide. Then I checked the lyrics of this band's Perfect World. HOLY CRAP, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING YOU CRAZY CRAZY KID:

Hey Dad look at me
Think back and talk to me
Did I grow up according
To plan?
And do you think I’m wasting
My time doing things I
Wanna do?
But it hurts when you
Disapprove all along

And now I try hard to make it
I just want to make you proud
I’m never gonna be good
Enough for you
I can’t pretend that
I’m alright
And you can’t change me

‘Cuz we lost it all
Nothing lasts forever
I’m sorry
I can’t be Perfect
Now it’s just too late
And we can’t go back
I’m sorry
I can’t be Perfect

I try not to think
About the pain I feel inside
Did you know you used to be
My hero?
All the days
You spent with me
Now seem so far away
And it feels like you don’t
Care anymore

And now I try hard to make it
I just want to make you proud
I’m never gonna be good
Enough for you
I can’t stand another fight
And nothing’s alright

‘Cuz we lost it all
Nothing lasts forever
I’m sorry
I can’t be Perfect
Now it’s just too late
And we can’t go back
I’m sorry
I can’t be Perfect

Nothing’s gonna change
The things that you said
Nothing’s gonna make this
Right again
Please don’t turn your back
I can’t believe it’s hard
Just to talk to you
But you don’t understand

‘Cuz we lost it all
Nothing lasts forever
I’m sorry
I can’t be Perfect
Now it’s just too late
And we can’t go back
I’m sorry
I can’t be Perfect

‘Cuz we lost it all
Nothing lasts forever
I’m sorry
I can’t be Perfect
Now it’s just too late
And we can’t go back
I’m sorry
I can’t be Perfect

THE FREEDY JOHNSTON SONG ABOUT HIM KILLING HIMSELF AFTER HIS WOMAN DIES WAS MORE APPROPRIATE.
