Postby ryus on Wed Feb 23, 2005 9:18 pm

For anyone in Toronto Canada, where can I get some dual-layer media?

And how much do they sell for?

Thanks.

They have DUAL layer media (= -RDL)? Are you sure that they do not only have DOUBLE layer media (=+RDL)?

Yep - double layer is the correct terminology for +R DL discs.

yes they do

Buying from the for quite awhile
Great company,everything is perfect always.
If you get your order 1 day later they will give you money back for shipping.
And even if you have compatibility issues you can send it back and they will exchange it for you for different brand.
And on top of everything they are cheapest IMO.

I buy all my media from them as well as the ink for my R200. I receive my orders within 3-4 business days and I live in Winnipeg. Actually considering the price of half decent media in this city if it wasn't for them I'd be stuck ordering from the States and be enduring the headaches of high shipping costs not to mention having to keep money around the house tp pay duty when the postman comes a knocking.

Well, all we can do is look for distinguishing features on the packaging, and hope we can find some way of distinguishing Ritek from Philips code.

That is still up to debate. Many drive manufacturers are still using "dual" over "double".

I use "double" sided, and "dual" layer.
