Since everyone has been so patient waiting for the LG4163B review, I'm going to include tests run on my new BenQ 16x DVD±Rs as a special bonus :D

Glad you got it all sorted out dolphinius; two weeks wow that is annoying!

I was in a similar situation, but I am glad I had made a Norton Ghost image of my PC earlier this year.
My PC was infected with some spware and with threats that carried out malicious code that affected a number of things on my PC.

Thanks to Ghost, after trying to fix it manually during part of the previous day, I had it all restored in a matter of minutes + anohter 10 - 15 minutes to reinstall some apps that had been installed after the Ghost image was created...

Yeah, Norton Ghost is probably the only program made by Norton that I would consider using. I'm not generally keen on Norton products because of how much they suck resources.

I wish my problem could have been solved so easily... but the biggest issue in the beginning was my previous install being based on a completely different motherboard and chipset. Luckily it's all fine now.... or it was when I left for work in the morning... I HOPE it is when I get home tonight :o
