Apparently they are honoring old, valid QPS rebates that were never paid, many due to their financial condition at the time lading up to the bankruptcy

The fax number there is: 1 714 998 3509
I'd call first, though: 1 714 998 3440
Extension 335 is customer service. Again, I had good luck with choosing the Accounting department.

The email for DPS customer service, which might be an easier way of dealing with things than calling, is: cs@dpsi-usa.com
