The latest A104 firmware for the GSA-4163B is now available for download.

New firmware (ver. A104) for only GSA-4163B(Internal 16X Super multi DVD Writer)

Yay! Ironically I was looking for updated firmware yesterday... what luck. Hopefully this firmware revision will equate to faster ripping times, as they kinda suck.

Trust me, I wasn't planning on completely re-running all those media burns/tests anyways :wink:

I've played with A104 a little bit already, but haven't noticed any significant changes in burn quality on anything, I don't really do a lot of ripping though, but it's unlikely things would change that way I don't think.
Punch Cards -> Paper Tape -> Tape Drive -> 8" Floppy Diskette -> 5 1/4" Floppy Diskette -> 3 1/2" "Flippy" Diskette -> CD-R -> DVD±R -> BD-R
