Failed burn with Memory DL

Postby Nocturnal on Mon Apr 25, 2005 8:38 pm

I have a Plextor 716SA and I tried to back up my Spiderman movie with a Memory 2.4x DL DVD+R disc. It failed though. How common is this? It's pretty expensive to have it fail on me like that lol. There went $7.50 down the drain.

What's the MID on "Memory" DVD+R DL? -> http://dvdidentifier.cdfreaks.com

Many companies have a quality guarantee, I would contact "Memory" and attempt to get the product replaced if this company offers it...

There is a catch with lifetime warranty!

Usually the postage alone (small parcel min $8-$9) would prevent you from sending in for warranty replacement!

hmm replacing a $10 DVD+R DL disc or discs would usually be worth it and would not cost nearly that much to ship (for me at least).
