If it is the remote control edition (and the remote is included), I might be interested.

For that kind of work, I have a Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150, which is better supported by lots of PVR packages, including some good freeware ones. The ATI 550 cards have good picture quality, but suffer from very limited software which still has some bugs that need to be ironed out. This would be for my non-HTPC system, in my sig (I have a separate HTPC system with the Hauppauge card

in the HP media centers they also use happauge pvr cards

the dual tv input pvr 500 is one helluva card and isn't a whole lot more

its just a quite long card, longer then my video cards and about the same length as the audigy 2 zs card

PVR-500 is a cool card, but doesn't come with a remote (designed for Windows MCE only). My PVR-150 came with a remote and I'm currently using GBPVR, a free PVR software package that works quite well. Worth checking out. I did this on a real budget using parts I had around.

http://www.gbpvr.com

Specs:

Sony VAIO PCV-E308DS minitower
Upgraded to Tualatin-core Celeron 1.3GHz (using PowerLeap SlotWonder)
512MB RAM
120GB Seagate 7200.7 HDD
video is onboard Matrox MGA-200 8MB AGP
Sound is Aureal Vortex onboard with optical and coax S/PDIF
Intel 100Mbps server NIC
Sigma Designs XCard
Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150

When I get into the new house and have things fully set up, I'll post pics. It's a hack, but it's a COOL hack. :D

It's been sold. I "Thought" I had my settings to notify me of replys here, did not get anyything.

The 550 is a nice card, however, it does not work with MMC yet as far as I know and cna't be used for MultiView.
