What kind of media are you using for the CD Master?
Basically, if the master is completely readable, then the replicated copies will be fine. If the master has unreadable sections, so the replicator can't make out data, then it's the same as if C2 errors were copied (although in reality it is a lack of data being copied). Now, any replication plant worth doing business would CATCH THIS sort of thing before it happened. Maybe you should be questioning the plant why they are not testing masters before putting them into production?
Another possability is that it's the CDCops protection screwing things up. I don't know how that affects things personally, so I can't comment on it beyond this.
