if this were me, i would have shot him dead were he was, the carjacker that is

There is no way the carjacker would win a lawsuit becaue of what happened to him. The jury would all have to be on crack, weed, and LSD simultaneously, and even then...

If you had stuck to just weed then you might have been right, but with the addition of acid it is unlikely that the jury would even be able to vote at all. Oh, and crack is wack!

That is EXACTLY what I thought when I read the story, whether or not he would really have legal grounds to do so.

All I have to say is OJ... Load the Jury with the right people and anything can happen.

The courts aren't about "Justice" they're about "Law".... and therein lies most of the problem with todays court cases.
