Simulation disabled for DVD burn

I am using Nero v6.6.0.16 with Lite-On 1673S crossflashed with 1693S.
When using Nero for CD burn, simulation- burn option is enabled. While it is disabled DVD burn. Is this normal? Is there any way I can enable simulation for DVD burn?
