I'm expecting the change log to be huge.

One annoying bug is still present in this minor update; Nero 7 still shows up as "demo"

Maybe they (nero) will get it fixed in the "before the end of the year" update which I think will be a major update; at least I hope so.

They see it as a minor bug.

I take issue with the fact that if I buy the software, I want to be acknowledged. It's a simple fix, no reason a dev can't spend 5 mins on it.

Well, NOT a minor bug...and still there.

NeroVision does NOT have sound with the ATI AIW X800XT. Again...this card does not use a passthrough cable as older AIW cards did. It uses digital sound through the video drivers. AND...NeroVision does not detect channels properly...only 6 out of 88 channels that I have on my cable system...so obviously...we are still going through the "growing" and "ignoring" pains of earlier v6. Hope that get some satisfaction by version 7.5

When are you going to do something about that blasted annoying UserImages.bmp that keeps getting created? And the fact that my screen blinks and my desktop icons redraw everytime I start Nero?

OK...got sound to work...but I can believe how bad Nerovision is at detecting channels...I have 88 available and can't get more than two or three to autodetect. AND each time I open NeroVision, it wants to run tests to see what format to capture in. Tsk Tsk Tsk!

Also...quite a few registry "register.dll" errors...that cause problems with some apps...looks like 7.0.1.4 is even buggier than 7.0.1.2. Won't register ATI.dll's etc...WOW...getting worse...not better...In addition, Nero Home does not install.

BEWARE...You may want to stick with 7.0.1.2 for the 7.0.1.4 is buggier than 7.0.0.0. This was a holiday rush job, I think. I have been a Nero user since version 4...and have never complained before...but this is NOT a good version. Something is wrong

bob, did you try a clean uninstall then reinstall or just do an upgrade?
