OK chris you need to post more info.
what your system specs? hardware?
what media are you using?

explain exactly what you did with Nero.
i might be wrong but from the log it looks like you were doing a DVD Video compilation, not burning an image.

I put the DVD in and using the DVD Decrypter, rip in file mode to a folder. Then I open up DVD Shrink. Then click on Open files, choose the folder, then click on re-author and move Title 1 in Main Movie to the DVD Structure(with some extras, if they fit). The click on Back-up, and it goes through the process then the error message comes up I posted above.

yeah, but what settings in the Back up dialog?
are you burning it directly to the disc with Nero? to an ISO image? to DVD folder (Video_TS) ?

In the settings right befroe I burn I say I want to "Burn with Nero (E:LightOn DVDRW SOHW-#'s)" Then I put my temp files into a folder. This is with DVD Shrink, the DVD Decrypter puts the movie in a folder with the move name and does have a folder called VIDEO_TS with a lot of files in that folder.

Is this what you are asking for?

The ISO image is the one large file, correct? When I do that it is too big for a DVD-R.

so you need to shrink it.
click the Reauthor button, add just the stuff you want and shrink it.
there are many guides on how to use DVD Shrink on the web.

The Log file shows a 'Queue again later' error message, which means the drive was too busy to accept the write command. But seems to recover and then immediatly reports an 'Illegal disc'.

I would recommend try burning at a slower write speed instead of 8x, or try another brand of media.
