Benq 1655 Invalid Media Not Found

Postby freddavila on Wed Mar 01, 2006 9:55 am

I purchased a Benq 1655 approximately two months ago and have been quite content with its lightscribe and regular media [4.7 GB] burning performance thus far.

I recently purchased double layer disks (i.e., both Maxell & Verbatim brands) and upon attempting to export an Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 project/sequence directly to the disk, I receive a "Valid media not found" response. Could anyone provide some helpful feedback?

Are you using packet writing software to do this? Does this work with single layer media?

Sounds like a packet writing issue to me also. I don't know if packet writing works with DVD+RDL yet.

It should. He might just need a newer version of the software.
