ram and RW software

I am using a LG GSA-4082B writer on a windows XP


1) Would DVDForm be as good as sonic DLA 4.6 and Nero in CD 4 in
a) writing music , photo & data flawlessly ( I have many many sub folders of data _)
b) writing in UDF 2.0 should be better than udf 1.5 or FAT 32

2) would Writing photos , music/videos be better onto DVD RW - compared to DVD RW +
a) I think nero vision express should be best software ?
