making cds from 78s

i have nero 6 and i was wondering which option in the wave editer would
be good to edit 78 records and how do i use the distortion option in the
effects menu at the wave editor?thanks

I would use Audacity,it has more effects.

i have to many effects as it is.using nero which options should i use to
