Burn MP3 files

Postby NEDDY39 on Tue Jul 11, 2006 2:04 am

Is there any way of organizing mp3 files in a playlist order without prefixing with a number e.g.

01 my song.mp3
02 a sample song.mp3
03 eddies song.mp3

When these files are placed in a folder without the leading numbers the order is changed to:-

a sample song.mp3
eddies song.mp3
my song.mp3

I want to list the files in a disciplined order according to my criteria. The purpose is to burn the tracks in my order.

I do understand the DOS naming convention and that MP3 files are data files, I need a plug-in or Third Party Software. I have NERO 6, Burn Ya and Steinberg's Clean besides a variety of Ripping programs.

The interface needs to support 26 Folders and about 400 tracks.
