Nero Restore Problem

Hello:

i'm using Xp Pro, Nero 6.0. i got a problem when i restore my backup during the last processes, a pop up window name "Browse for folder"
shows below message:

the file"zllsputility.exe is not available in the backup folder.please select the parent of your backup folder

i can't finished my restore. please help!!!

I have Nero 7 installed and did a search for that file and came up empty.

My backups and restores have always worked OK,
so I don't know what to tell you except to try Nero Tech Support.
