what r htm files and can i convert these to mp3?tanks.

an htm file is an internet page.

Essentially it is a text file containing HTML code that has been saved as .htm

Using that file extension tells Windows to open the file in the internet browser and execute the html code which displays the internet page.

If you convert it to an MP3 file it won't sound very good.
