I was able to download fine. When I went to burn I realized I have (2) burners One is Justlink 16x10x32x and the other is a Micro Advantage DVD/RW I copied a cd on the Micro Advantage just fine, when I went to play it it would not play, I tried it in my car, still nothing. So I decided to try to DownLoad off of the other one (justlink) but it seems to only play music, and I dont even have volume on this PC so I dont even know if that works. Is the JustLink 16x10x32x capable of burning? When i tried to locate CD Drive G it says that G/ is not accessible. is their any way to repair this? Someone gave this to me. Also anout the volume thing I checked in the Sound area of the Control panel and it said all devices were working properly, I have tried different headseats,speakers ect, nothing works. thanks so much
