Hello I do as many other people wonder what is the ultimate drive for ripping audio cds right now ?
It should be very fast and still very accurate, and good error correction.
I have heard a lot good about Samsung.

I only have IDE interface. (I only have SATA through a controller card)

isn't having a 100% accurate drive the most important thing? it sure is for me

way more accurate then speed

This is correct, speed comes secondary...
I was almost going to buy Samsung SH-S203B, but then I saw it was only available for SATA ? Then I heard The 202x series should be equivalent two 203x, but it does not perform as "good", the question is in what areas, does this include DAE ? If anyone know it would be very appreciated...
I am also waiting for the new Pioneer A15J, but I have seen no reviews of it yet...
