LG GSA-H62N eject problem

I am not sure if this is a drive or O/S problem. I'm running Vista 64bit, and sometimes when I press the eject button on the drive, the drive starts to eject, then immediately closes the tray. I have to push eject button again to open the tray.

What would be causing this problem? Some software that is hooked into the system?

That's odd. An easy way to tell if its an OS problem would be to pause the system before it loads (go into BIOS, etc) and see if it does the same thing.

okay thanks. I'll try that. The drive just started doing this about a week ago. It used to work fine.
