I like it. Looks a lot like Chrome and runs much better than IE8 on my netbook.

Microsoft download page says IE9 will not install on Windows XP:

"Since you're running Windows XP, you won't be able to install Internet Explorer 9 unless you upgrade to a more recent version of Windows"
