Newegg has the Lite-On iHAS124-04 for $17 with free shipping. Is this a real Lite-On or an Optiarc?

The SATA connector on the back looks like the one found on Lite-On's Mediatek (A model) drives.

One of the comments in the feedback says its the Optiarc version so who knows...
