People were cheering and clapping when the Terminator 3 movie trailer was shown when I watched LOTR: The Two Towers. I just hope the third Terminator movie isn't screwed up and will be just as good as the second one.

Was it a new T3 trailer or just that one with the music playing and the T3 on the screen?

Ian a very cool new T3 trailer at http://www.terminator3.com ! Espically in full screen! I seen some of the trailer footage with pictures but the trailer was pretty cool. Then again some people don't want to be spoiled by trailers.

BuddhaTB thats what i am hoping to that they don't mess it up :( I hate when movies get messed up but oh well. I wonder if they had like contest for someone who wins to make their own movie squel i wonder if it would be any better than the actual directors. I think it could but then again maybe not.

Oh shit!! That is a cool trailer. I really didn't think that Arnold was going to take that big of a role in this movie. They must have paid him A LOT.

As far as it sucking.. it has Claire Danes (sp?)... you be the judge.

btw.. who's directing this movie?

Ian yep it certainly is! I just watched the trailer in full screen a 2nd time and its so cool! I can't even wait. I wish it came out tomorrow lol. I guess sooner or later the Terminator movies could predict the future you know. Well maybe not exactly but in some ways. It looks like it has a lot of action which is good. Hmm if its a good movie i think it will make at least $200 million then again if its R maybe not. I am guessing it will be rated R maybe. I think Arnold has always been the perfect person for the Terminator. He seems to play the part really well in the first two movies i think. I think like Terminator 2 better though than the 1st one. Hope Terminator 3 blows both Terminator 1 and 2 away!

I didn't think spiderman was all that great. I will probably wait for the sequels on DVD, just like I did the original.

T1 and T2 were very good however. T3 I hope is as good. I just hope they figure out a way to kill the new super terminator that isn't horribly stupid. The first two had very inventive ways to kill the bad guy at the end (steel press and molten metal).

I'm REALLY looking forward to the Matrix Sequels in May. In addition, X Men 2 I will be going to. Aside from that, LOTR: ROTK next Dec will be a must see.

I wish it was James Cameron directing it. Amazing how good he directed Titantic. James Cameron seems to direct a lot of movies that make whole lot of money. Dark angel was a pretty cool show by James Cameron but its not on anymore.

It was the same trailer found on www.terminator3.com.
In addition to that, the X-Men 2 trailer look real good too.

Here's 2 good places to download movie trailers to watch. You need quicktime to view them though.

T3 will be out in theaters in July...
It'll run for 3 1/2 months or so (late Sept or early Oct) . Which means it will be available next Thanksgiving (US) or Christmas on DVD, possibly in a box set with the other 2.

Smart timing by the studio. Cash cow in the summer, & cash cow in the Christmas season too.

Talk about milking it twice :o

The fact that Mr Cameron is not directing it makes me somewhat holding me back to actually look forward to Terminator 3. I mean .. if Cameron didn't want to make a sequel , it can mean he thinks the story should just end here.

As with most sequels , they usually suck , because they're just trying to milk the money cow again :( using the success of the first movie.
Information is neutral. It is only evil or disgusting to clueless twists that don't know how to use it to their advantage.

Opinion used as evidence is not enough to refute fact. Sometimes it's just FUD.

The same could be said for Austin Powers: Goldmember.

I never liked the Austin Power movies. I know they suppose to be funny and dum but still.

I like the Austin Powers movies, but Goldmember was a stretch. I was left with the feeling that they had run out of original ideas.

What I would buy would be a Austin Powers DVD box set IF it included lots of bloopers and out takes. Perhaps make it a disc to itself.
