from DVD to hard drive...

i just burned a DVD... this one folder contains about 4 gigs worth of stuff... but when i try to drag that from the DVD to the hrad drive, i get an error pop up saying "Cannot copy file: Cannot read from the source file or disk."... what's the deal with that... but i can go into the folder and drag out each file to the hard drive... i just can't do the whole folder at once...

i think i figured it out... i think it's because i have a file in the folder that has a Japanese file name...
