Optical Illusions

Postby cfitz on Thu Jan 01, 1970 6:14 am

The beer garden has been quiet for a little while, so I thought I would start something new.

Does anyone enjoy optical illusions? Here is one that's been around for a while, but that I find to be quite amazing. Even when I prove it to myself I still can't believe it:

Information is neutral. It is only evil or disgusting to clueless twists that don't know how to use it to their advantage.

Opinion used as evidence is not enough to refute fact. Sometimes it's just FUD.

It works because the hypotenuse of the large triangle is not actually straight, if you calculate the slopes of the red and greed oones, one is .4 and the other is like .42 or something. This is why...

Who's the smart one now Derek?!
