I own a Philips 4401/71 and i just upgraded to WinXP. However, the drivers that I have, i cannot use anymore. I upgraded the firmware via SP16704.exe (downloaded off driverguide)...
The firmware is upgraded to the newest version, but XP is still saying it cannot use the drive because there are no drivers installed for it. And Philips doesn't have a driver on its site!
What do i do?
