Teac 548 Picture fom inside?

I search for the topic that contents the pictures from the inside of Teac 548 and Asus CRW 4816

Take a look at CDR-Info's review of both drives... On CDRLabs this has been discussed here.

Maybe i don´t see it, but i can´t find the URL´s with the pictures in that discussion?

Here's an older thread.

As you can see from the pictures, drives are almost identical...

I'm wondering why do you want to know every little detail? Are you considering to buy any of these two? If so, go for Teac. :o

It would be interesting to see if the Asus could be flashed with the TEAC's firmware. The TEAC does seem much better than the Asus in tests, and if we could get a TEAC drive for Asus money that'd be cool :)

A friend of mine would buy a new writer, maybe we go for the Teac
