Fry's Hot deals: WD 200GB HD for $180 after rebate, 15"

I went to Fry's today, and saw two very good deals:

1) Western Digital MonsterZilla 200GByte HD w/ 8MiB Cache for $299, less $120 rebate = $180 final price;

2) Kogi 15" LCD, 350:1 contrast ratio, $249, less $50 rebate = $199 final price.

Both of these deals were in their local ads. Great deals if you can grabl one!!!

Yes, the 'M' for 'G' substitution was a simple typo. But for those interested in the binary multipliers we were discussing before, the correct prefix usage would be as follows:

200 GByte drive with an 8 MiByte cache.

It is crazy, isn't it?

I sure can. In short:

1 K = 10^3 while 1 Ki = 2^10
1 M = 10^6 while 1 Mi = 2^20
1 G = 10^9 while 1 Gi = 2^30

Note, however, that in common computer usage K is often used when Ki is meant, M when Mi, G when Gi, etc. But not always. Sometimes K, M, G are used to mean 10^3, 10^6 and 10^9 even in the computer field. It gets to be rather confusing. For more detailed explanations read here:
