MSI , Lite-On or Samsung? which one?

I sold my TDK 40x12x48B in order that it isnt support both win-on cd and easy cd so i' ve got to buy a new one.. I havent decided which i should buy. my tdk also is writing between 12-18x speed so i dont like smart burn or whatever if it is the reason i dont know. i ve read all reviews i am really confused. actually i wanna buy MSI 52x recorder. what do you think about it ? which one MSI, Lite -on or Samsung 52x recorders should i buy..their price are $54,$54 and $58.. i am waiting your recomends..

i think most people here would tell you to buy the Lite-On.
probably rate them as follows: (best first)
Lite-On
Samsung
MSI
(price differences are negligible)
personally i would choose the Lite-On.

I agree.

1. Lite-On
2. Samsung
3. MSI

I also would choose the Lite-On, but you already knew that, I'm sure. :wink:

unless you like an 8mb buffer and get the Samsung :wink:

Nothing really wrong with any of them.

I would be wary of Samsung as I have been bitten multiple times by their QA over the years (only computer items; general electronics by Samsung are excellent).

LiteOn has the best support. Also probably the best features and arguably the best media quality/compatibility (although I have noticed a number of obscure media types it doesn't like which the Samsung or MSI will write).

I have the Samsung SM-348B and love it! Quiet as they come even when writing or reading at Max speed (48X). The only downside...I still haven't found any good 24X CD-RW media

IF U ARE LOOKING FOR VALUE FOR MONEY PERFORMANCE AND LOOKS GO FOR A SAMSUNG WHICH ALSO HAS 8 MB BUFFER
