The Artec 52x24x52 drive is only $35.99 with free shipping over at Newegg. It isn't a very good drive, (I've used it before) but if your just looking for a burner, you can't beat $35.99

That's a good deal. Tiger Direct had it for $29.99 after a MIR, but that's even better.

I'm working on a review of the drive right now. It's not the fastest out there, but you can't beat the price. I will say that it reads scratch discs very well.

Of course, not everyone's got Fry's around ..
