Although it seems strange, I'm getting calibration errors when I burn anything on Nero 6.whatever at 52x on TY (fujifilm) media on liteon 52x (not flashed). reverted back to latest 5.5 and its no errors. burned 4 cds with nero6.0 and 4 calibration errors at the end even ONE CRACKED DISK. never happened to me before, i actually thought cracked disk was a myth, but i've seen it all now. went back to nero 5.5.10.42 and everyhing was fine, scandisked the burned disks (burned from 5.5.10.42 and 6.0) with cdspeed and 6.0 was error ridden while the 5.5. was all greens.
what's going on? im staying at 5.5 since the 6.0 upgrade was just for kicks.
ps, its late and im tired but let me mention that the media was the same in both cases, and the 4 disks were about: 75 min audio, 45 min data, 81 min audio, and 70min data. i forget which one cracked.
just thought id throw out my experiences. im missing the snazzy new icons and such.
