hi there,

i'm asking for medical advice, has anyone here gone to myringtomy operation? is it risky?

My mom's a doctor, she explained the procedure to me. It involves syringing out excess air from your eardrum,right?

Are you getting just the incision or the bleeder tube? Either way, you have to change the way you do simple things like sneezing, and blowing your nose. I had a patient that had that procedure done to equalize pressure within the ear...if that's what you're getting.
