Wireless keyboard for HTPC

I'm looking for an affordable wireless keyboard for my HTPC. I've been looking at these two:

Any comments on these two? Suggestions? I'd like one with a built in mouse.

The Lite-On Airboard (second link) would be my choice if I were to buy one.
