HP dvd300i - $79.86 @ Office Depot

Office Depot has the dvd300i for $129.86

http://www.officedepot.com/ddSKU.do?lev ... _SK_569827

Use the $20 off $100 coupon code (59028734) to drop price to $109.94

The $30 MIR drops the price down to $79.86

Some OD stores have the external dvd300e ((#569854) on clearance for $139.04. It has a $50 rebate. If you have coupons, you can drop the price even more. You do the math.

WOW..that's a great price!I've read HP drives come from the factory with the DVD-ROM bitset but they have poor FW updates.
I may pick one up for backup.

My hp 200i has had one firmware upgrade but it works well. It does use the dvd-rom booktype by default.
