your poll's a mess!
many options appear twice.
too many typos.

My best CPU is currently an AMD AthlonXP 2000+ Thoroughbred. I'm also using an AthlonXP 1700+, an Athlon 1200 Thunderbird, a Duron 1100, and an Intel Celeron 1200 Tualatin in my laptop.

Edit: New CPUs added.

P4 2.53 here on my main system.
My notebook has a Athlon XP 2200+.

I voted P4 because I use the P4 more than the AXP.

Athlon 2500+ (Barton - 512KB) - Main Rig
Intel P4 1.5G Oced to 1.8G - Other

Longing for AMD 64 - 3xxx / 1MB / 1600 MHz. Still unbeliveably expensive. (I know, slow on 32bit environment and not much app support yet.)

Nor iron bars a cage;
Minds innocent and quiet take
That for an hermitage;

And in my soul am free,

Enjoy such liberty. - Richard Lovelace

Where do you put all those optical drives, Señor VEFF? I figured you would have 10 puters just to house all the drives in your sig. :)

:)

I use a Promise controller card in each of my two PCs, so that allows a combination of 8 devices (HD and optical drives) per PC = 16 devices.

In addition, the Philips 2X isn't hooked up right now.
I also have a new 52X Benq that isn't in my sig. I might just sell it though, not sure yet.

I'm on an ASUS A7V133 with AMD Duron 900 (overclocked to a Duron 1100 for a while now back to the original seting). Also have a Celeron 333 with an Asus Board and a Pentium 133.
Next week will have one more, an Asus A7VX-X with AMD Athlon XP 2600+ Barton...
In other words, ail to AMD!!! :D :D

P4C (aliebit w/533MHz memory :evil: ) @ 2.4GHz - got it because of Hyperthreading.

As soon as they're availible, a 3.2 or 3.4 GHz Prescott (since the 3.4 will run the same $ as current 3.2's!). But, if I win the lotto, I'll grab a 3.4 Extreme Edition...
