Hi-Val CDWRITERIDE5224 ? Who makes it?

Ok im calling in the big guns, you folks at cdrlabs, while at work today (staples) i bought the Hi-Val 52x24x52x burner

heres some info on it to help on this mystery:

Firmware: S027
Buffer: 2048K
has the 2 buttons at bottom right, eject and skip, volume and headphone jack bottom left

sorry i can't give ya any pics, but the firmware should be the dead giveaway if you know who makes it

sorry gonna return this cd burner without burning even 1 cd

i don't want my plextor premium to catch me cheating on it

im surprised i wasn't yelled at for buying it, watch my plextor premium reads this and will only burn at 32x for the next 2 nights, just cause its mad at me

would you keep it if you owned a plextor premium or a yamaha crw-f1?

done thinkin about it?

your answer should be no, just wanted to check it out for myself

Well, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place, and yes I own a Premium. If I already had it, the least I would do is try it out and see how it works. Doubght it's as good as the Plex though.
