share here what you got on Black Friday

I slept in, and went to Best Buy at 9:30am. The place was a mad house, with 2 hour lines to the cashier.

I ended up picking up the Lite-On Dual Format DVD Burner, the 120GB Maxtor hard drive, and the D-Link wi-fi router.

I also picked up a leather office chair from OfficeMax for $20 after rebates.

Pretty crazy day all in all!

How did you fare?

I had to work but afterwards I hit Best Buy to see if anything was left :)
The 411 were gone of course and most of the better movie deals but I did get the New Christmas Story with the extra disk and widescreen for 14.99 so I was happy, Great christmas film for the whole family. They have all family movies 25% off. todays the last day if anyone else likes that movie.

Man, I rented one of the disks from netflix, and hated it. I sent it back very dissapointed. It was like one episode, even though it was supposed to be like four.

I too, selept late. I figured, what I really want is not on sale and othersuff I usually buy when good deals show up so no reason to wait in line for stuff that will go on sale between now and Christmas.

I bought a new Optical mouse for $13.98 (for the heck of it) and an LG 52x32x52x burner for $39.98.

The burner was bought for use on my webpage/CD-R reviews... *NOT* to replace my LiteON 48x12x48x burner

I was in oregon and the only close office store was staples, I didnt need anything but went with my brother and for me i got a 128 stick of pc100 for my 400 mhz machine, my brother got the 80GB hard drive for $40, A folding table for $16, and some cheap cdrs. We then went to wal mart, where my brother remarked "What are we thinking, we arent supposed to go to walmart at 6 in the morning, we should be fishing!" We then went fishing and caught nothing. Also got some cool video www.turkeyscore.com/Videos/smallbirds.wmv

You're a nutcase, Turkeyscore. But then again, I guess I am too, since I enjoyed the video and had a good laugh! :)

By the way, synchronization of the action with the music was very well done. Did you only cut the video to the music, or did you also cut the music?

I cut the video to the music some, pretty much all i did though was find a song about the right length that i thought went well with the video

The music really did go well with the video! That was pretty funny too; was the guy in the video chasing burds just for the video, or did you just decide to video him as he was chasing the birds?

I agree with CDRecorder. The music choice was very good, and it does go great with the video, right down to the changes in tempo and mood. Tip o' the hat to you, Turkeyscore. :D

We were driving to a lake to go fishing when we saw the birds feasting on that used turkey, he made a pass at them, then told me to get out the camera and we went around the block a couple times, after a couple with me in the car, i got out and started videotaping, (it was shaky because i am normally shaky and i was zoomed in and laughing.)
