Buy.com one-day sale: 8x DVD+/- burner, free CD-R media

Among the deals are I/O Magic 8x DVD+/-R burner for $160 after MIR and 10-pack of 48x Yamaha CD-R media in jewel cases for -$0.01 after MIR (they pay you).

Personally, I'm rebated out with over $220 in pending rebates due to shopping for friends, family and myself. So I think I'll pass on these. The CD-R deal is a good deal, of course, but for me the (risk + hassle)/reward factor isn't good enough.

I guess it must be the same drive. I don't know of any other 8x I/O Magic drive.
