Isn't the model number for the retail box DVR-A07? It may be a typo.

I dont know if it is on not but it doesnt really matter to me anyway I have Nero 6 already along with many other burning programs.Pioneers are very end user friendly anyway.

What do you mean you have Nero 6 already? Is that free with the drive or something?

no I bought Nero 6 retail when it came out. I just received my package from newegg. It came with a shirt and a DVR-107 drive bare with nothing but a picture of how to install it. Thats it.I call that OEM but like I said oh well. I am testing it now!

Do they not have it anymore? I don't see anything when I follow the link. When I search for pioneer on Newegg, it only show the 106 drives.

I think NewEgg pulls drives from the listing that they don't know an ETA on. I saw it go out of stock the other day and a ETA was listed, but either they sold out again or may not be sure when the new stock will arive. They don't do back orders. In fact, they seem to be moving stock fast on the DVR-A06/DVR-106D/DVR-106BK too. Their status keeps changing every couple days.
