PowerDVD XP vs. PowerDVD 5? help please.

Postby rlj012386 on Sun Jun 06, 2004 5:46 pm

I am getting my DVD drive tomorrow and would like to know which one of these programs is better. I already have PowerDVD 5(came with my video card) and PowerDVD XP is coming with the drive.

Which one is better? Does PowerDVD XP run better on Windows XP? Which one should I install and use?

PowerDVD 5 adds a few new features such as Divx playback.

Yes,PowerDVD XP is PowerDVD XP 4 and PowerDVD 5 is better than PowerDVD XP.The feature that I like most is the CLEV feature which works very well for me.Also the new patch add's support for dolby headphones, which is really awesome with my Altec Lansing headphones.

Increasingly mathematics will demand the courage to face its implications.

Yeah I totally agree with pranav81 on the benefits of P-DVD 5 build 1107
Kerry is the most liberal US Senator in Washington, who has more of a sourpuss disposition than Lieberman.

He sucks the way he flips and then flops...which is why he will be defeated!

Where do they get these guys?
