question about DVD/CD-RW combo

I have the Samsung 352B with the 8mb buffer and I was wondering.....I also am putting this with a BenQ 56x CD rom drive. Does it matter which one goes master and which one slave? Or can it go either way?

I don't think it will matter which is master or slave. Just pick a different one for each.
