Is it possible to perform "Disc Quality" test on an DVD drive ASUS DRW-24F1MT / BLK / B / AS?? I have burnt media MDisc DVD Verbatim

Personally, I prefer using Lite-On based drives for quality testing versus Samsung-based ones like the ASUS.

That forum post has info on how to cross flash the drive into a SH-224FB that can do quality testing. It looks like there are some trade offs like slower audio CD ripping.
